Hacking Homebrew ROM Hack Emulation TeconMoon WiiMoon WiiVC Injector not building roms

So im new in the homebrewing scene and successfully soft modded my wii u with tiramisu and im familiar with usb helper

Now I wanna play wii games, I downloaded teconmoon and go through the process. (Adding the rom, getting icon and photo for the game, saving the keys, etc)

Once I actually press build it loads for a bit then just stops at a half way point. (I was told it takes a while but it stayed like that for a whole night) I thought the iso file I was using was corrupted so I used another and also used different roms from different sites, same thing.

I redownload the injector and I still get the same results.

One thing I do notice is that when I pull up task manager to close the application (since its frozen when building) the injectior goes back to normal and the green bar fulls up for just a second then stops and the whole thing closes because it well. I forcefully closed the injector

Any help would be appreciated

Original TeconMoon's WiiVC Injector is known to have this trouble of hanging when processing large ROMs on WiiVC injection for Wii U. Use this mod by timefox instead:

To be honest their solution didn’t work but after doing a bit of research I found another wii injector and it works perfectly for me.

Its called “UWUVCI AIO”. The process works basically the same as teconmoon and it successfully injects the wii roms to my SD without freezing or crashing.

I unfortunately cannot post links yet but you can easily find it by typing the name then github. The latest version should be 3.99.1

I will try that. Is there any way you can share a pic of what a Wii game file looks like on your sd card? I just want to make sure my files/folders look the same as what it should or shall I say everything is correct up until this point.

Assuming you know how to install wii u games to your SD, the wii roms would look the same as the wii u roms. They’re all in the install folder of the SD.

I will try that. Is there any way you can share a pic of what a Wii game file looks like on your sd card? I just want to make sure my files/folders look the same as what it should or shall I say everything is correct up until this point. Another thing, on my sd card in the Install folder there is a data folder, from usb helper, should the inject be in its own (game name) folder or just the file. I really just need a tutorial. There is so much confusing Info out here. Thx downloading UWUVCI now.

These are the files currently on my SD card, the file locations/placement might look different because I didn’t follow the tutorial from the official tiramisa site and got it from a YT guide

The 2nd pic is what is inside my install folder, all the files look the same. Currently the only wii rom here is just dance 2020 but you can see it looks the same as the wii U roms which are under it.

If there is any unknown folders in the install file I suggest to just leave them and dont put anything inside it.
