While browsing some previews for a certain search term i clicked on a result from GBATemp and heard my new mail go off a moment later, the mail was a login code for my account with my present IP address.
I have replicated it several times now by reclicking this picture, bit strange and unnerving that this is being triggered off-domain.

click on the gbatemp result at the top (TMNT on gba) (note, probably only happens when your session has expired) so that the image search preview side bar loads the image and shows thread name and such.
