Nice. This looks better than I thought it'd be. Remember, this still is a DS game, so don't expect full 3D environments

. From the boxart, it sounds like it'll be fun, kinda like the Prince of Persia GBA games

LOL... no, but I just want to say that it might be MUCH better if they'd put in more effort and make it 3rd Person LIKE Brothers in Arms was, it really was awesome.

OH and... even Jackass (Gameplay sux btw) has a 3rd Person view... really poor I'm VERY DISAPPOINTED that it took them nearly a year to produce this crap (the game would have to be uber good to make me forgetting about this comment)

I love those 2d games, castlevania, megaman zx advent, my favourite ones.
If it will be 2d game with good gameplay, I will be happy.

Hmm... maybe you are right... I'm mean Nanostray will rock the house too, so it may be good if it features a good storys and alot of sidequests ^^. Let's hope, cause after all this time of waiting I really wanna see if it turned out good.

Not really possible for a 3D Assasins creed game on the DS due to hardware limitations. It would have to make go of the huge cities plus most of the crowds in them so essentially it would lose most of its fun. I think given the right character both graphically and gameplay wise they can make a game true to the console versions style although in 2D. Prince of persia and splinter Cell games in GBA showed us that 3D titles can translate pretty well in 2D and mind you in a lot inferior hardware than the ds. I m keeping my hopes up that even though it's 2D Ubisoft won't risk ruining the Creed line by having cheap not polished games appear under that name.

Hmm... thats not true, they could have pulled it in full 3D aswell, rotateable sprites and all that stuff would have still been a option, but I guess they already chose *sigh*

Unless you are talking about at least a half scaled down version of it rotating sprites would really be a mess. even if the hardware could pull that off in terms of speed the screen would be a bit too small to display them properly unless it was FF XII: Revenant wings size which would in turn take most of the games character out.
