EjrKc2DXYAEWm04.jpeg

Following up on their Super Smash Bros. Ultimate-focused livestreams from last week, Nintendo announced today the return of Nintendo Treehouse Live tomorrow at 10 a.m. PT. The livestream will feature two segments, one a "deep dive" on Pikmin 3 Deluxe, the upcoming Switch port of the Wii U title, followed by the reveal of a new stage and gameplay details on Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity, the Musou-styled Breath of the Wild prequel. Pikmin 3 Deluxe will release October 30, 2020 and Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity is due out November 20, 2020.

You can watch the presentation on Nintendo's YouTube channel here.

God damn... We get it. Hyrule Warriors are coming out. Nice and all. Release it already...

Else give us something amazing like Prime 4 or such, or maybe a new IP?

Its really all it ever has been. Very few games have came out just for it. Even the 3rd party games are graphically reduced "ports" that are released after other consoles.
Hahem... It's Remasters, you hear?
It's all the rage in the high end videogame industry.
And people flip their undies because of it.

I hope there's a video-game crash soon.

You confuse me. Even if you are just trolling lol
Why? Shrines have amazing puzzles and are easy to get into (while traditional dungeons always require an investment)
The divine beasts only had a few enemies but I didn´t mind at all (there is plenty of fighting in the game; Sphinx and the Cursed Mummy is similar in this way and I also enjoyed, recently).
The beasts also felt better than most traditional dungeons (moving around in the a desert, flying in the sky, ...) and had a great core mechanic (also I liked that they were non-linear).

Nintendo made shittons of $ with the switch I don't expect any more AAA games, until they launch the new console.
but they never even had any first party AAA games for the system , besides SMO
all the other games were pretty much ports that could be played on other consoles,
i only really bought this thing for MP4 and kinda for SMO

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

There's also five Metroid Prime games (six if you count Pinball) but the new game is still Metroid Prime 4 according to Nintendo
they changed it ,MP4 is not releasing till the next gen console now , switch will get federation force 2 instead though:tpi:

the only AAA first party games that are ports and exist on other consoles is breath of the wild and the deluxe series
just becuase you dont like them doesnt make them bad games theya re still AAA releaes
fire emblem three houses
xenoblade chronicles 2
Luigi mansion 3
pokemon sword/shield
yoshi crafted world
Arms
kirby star allies
octopath traveler
tetris 99
astral chain
ring fit adventure
animal crossing new horizons

and i could go on and on, lol saying SMO is the only switch first party AAA title is ridiculous imo.

Eh, still better than anything BotW-related, honestly.

Hopefully not; that'd be unfortunate and unwanted.
Just cause you don’t like it doesn’t make it unwanted by everyone

My problem with the beast is that they all have to be designed like they are the first dungeon. None of them really do anything that makes them functionally different. They all rely on “Move this part of the beast to make get to this terminal” and it’s not interesting. The shrines are great but I wish there were a few longer ones like in the DLC so they aren’t all short.

and it's not like non linear dungeons can't be good. link between worlds is an example I absolutely adore. I really do still hope they keep up doing both 2d and 3d zelda's in tandem as they both have there individual pros and cons that I feel make them unique enough to do so
