The cheat engine is built into the operating system (kernel) used by the flashcarts IF the hardware is capable of doing those extra tasks (memory limitations exist after all). Unless I am mistaken and am thinking of the GB/GBC flashcarts (which use Game Genie as the main cheat engine).wait, Krikkz has a cheat engine in the Everdrive x5 Mini???? I thought there wasn't?!?! **Quickly starts googling**

Did a quick look on Google, apparently the GBA variants of the EverDrive doesn't support cheats at all. So I was mistaking it with the others. Even so, my comment still holds up true about his other flashcarts, he does use better cheat engines in comparison to the EZ-Flash Omega's RAW engine.
