Understood! I'd be happy to post codes for you to check out. Where would you prefer we post them?
Hmmm, you could DM me the codes, that way I’m not scrolling to find your posts, worst case you can always visit me on Discord and send them to me there, I’m more active there than I am here anyways.

Alright I've been getting a lot of questions and or requests over releasing a beta database update for the EZ-Flash Omega. The databases aren't ready yet, a beta isn't possible in its current state, I am making it known now before I get more questions/requests regarding the matter. I'm sorry it's not out, but I have other things I have to maintain as well, and of course life itself. So please have some patience, thanks.

I have used the DS cheats created by @DeadSkullzJr its working great. I am really looking forward to the GBA cheats because the current one is horrible. EZ Flash should work on it again.
Glad you like the DS cheats! GBA cheats still has a ways to go before it's out of the woods of what we got. The cheat engine for the EZ-Flash Omega needs to be better.

Made an account and commented just to say, the demand for this isn't dead. We seriously need English versions of the cheat libraries or another method for generating cheats from Gameshark/AR codes into .cht files compatible with the EZFlash.

Fully aware of this, I am still working on it.

Thanks for all your hard work man! Seriously. I tried translating some games via Google Translate and interpreting them into their correct English translation as best I could but seeing as how many of the combinations of Chinese characters mean different things, Google Translate is terrible at giving an accurate translation for some phrases. I have been individually translating a couple games (mainly FF) so that I can use the cheats but the translations from GT are almost unusable.

Having to find the correlation between English cheats and the ones used on the EZ Flash is tedious and difficult. Again, thanks for all the heavy lifting.

No problem man! Yea I decided against translating the original list. I actually tested many of the codes out for different games, I've had some bad experiences using them, looking into the matter, many of the codes write in the wrong places or weren't made right. I ultimately decided to just scrap the original list of codes that we were given as the odds of them working was less than 60%, mixing those odds together with new stuff would just create hell. I am making a brand new clean list now, I've actually been building an Action Replay/GameShark database first, then translating my work to make the new EZ-Flash Omega list. The reason I am starting this way is because I already initially planned to do a set of GBA cheat databases anyways, figured kill two birds with one stone.

Sounds awesome! Not sure if you're aware, but for Pokemon (which I'm sure will be one of your top priorities) FR/LG have 1.0 and 1.1 ROM codes. Would be cool if you could make a .cht file for each, just in case someone has one or the other. I only noticed this issue when trying to put AR codes onto my legit Action Replay and most of the codes weren't working for my bootleg LG. Turns out, ALL of the Chinese bootlegs have the 1.1 ROM, so virtually none of the codes online work with the game. 1.1 cheats are only on the GBA/DS Duo Action Replay, and as far as I can tell, it's hard to find a decent code list for 1.1. It's almost as if nobody has ever dumped the codes from the GBA/DS Duo Action Replay. Perhaps it may be easier to just create raw codes from Codebreaker/Gameshark codes online but as far as Action Replay cheats go, it's hard as hell to find 1.1 codes that work for the (U) 1.1 ROMs. I feel like Pokemon is one of the few games that actually has this problem. I don't know of any other major title that was released with more than one ROM version on the carts.

Way ahead of you, in fact that's how I do my NDS cheat databases, I have codes for various revisions of the games respectively, that way people can use codes for any of the versions. I also do my best to make sure each of the versions of the games have the same code list to work with, that way the content is fair between everyone, this also goes for regional variants of said titles too. The only ones I don't do this to is ROM hacks, due to the way ROM hacks are updated and how lost many older versions are on the internet, I update the list accordingly to the latest version, and people will have to update to that version to play with cheats.

Thank you for doing this DeadSkullzJr, trying to get their cheats working has been a headache so far, so a brand new cheats list will be most appreciated

Awesome. Keep up the good work man. Can't wait to get the updated list. I keep wanting to just buy another authentic cart of FFV to use cheats because the default Chinese cheats aren't as good as my action replay with my authentic FFV. I got burned by a bootleg on eBay and the cheats work, but the save function is wonky. At least the EZ Flash keeps my save! Can't wait to hear about more progress. You should definitely create your own thread after you finish. Once the cheat list is done properly in English, it'll be a god send for people who own the EZ Flash. At that point, it'll honestly be better than Krizz's Everdrive. Cheaper as well as better built-in cheat options and custom shells.

Krikkz has a better cheat system than the EZ-Flash Omega. The issue with the EZ-Flash Omega's cheat engine is that it's clunky and limited. The flashcart is nice don't get me wrong, but the cheat engine could honestly be better, TONS better than it is. The RAW format kind of sucks because you can't have nice things like moon jump and what not due to there not being extra stuff like conditionals to stop it (using one in RAW format would cause you to jump infinitely out of your own control, not exactly fun). Luckily however the chance of the cheat engine being improved is indeed possible, unlike the Krikkz flashcart kernels, the EZ-Flash Omega kernel is open source, meaning anyone can fork the kernel and replace the clunky cheat engine with Action Replay, GameShark, or CodeBreaker (or all of them since not every format has the same codes available).

No doubt it's definitely better. He seems much more dedicated to actually creating something functional that's also great because he seems to actually have a passion for retro flashcarts, whereas the creators of the EZ Flash must have done it simply to cash in, which seems to be common with Chinese retro tech, bootlegs and such. (i.e. the MULTIPLE factories churning out R4 carts to this day.)

I just wish his carts weren't so dang expensive. There's also such a limited quantity out there for the EverDrive GBA, it's discouraging to even try to find one, especially now. He's been sold out for months AFAIK.
