Protip: if multiple people from different backgrounds are combating your erroneous claims, the logical thing to do would be to stop playing the denial game and address those claims.
More information in a guide is desirable. Less information screams laziness, and no one will know how to troubleshoot issues that they will invariably run into, no matter how simple you assume a group of steps to be. There is no explanation for the steps that users are following, breeding a situation where people blindly follow steps without knowing how they impact the console.
Every time there is a "should" in a set of instructions, that means that there is a possibility that the expected result will not happen. If something can happen, assume it will happen. There is also the possibility that people are not updated, or able to update, have no Internet connection, have no Internet browser, have an illegit SD card, etc. - all issues that the guide here fail to address. There is no compatibility testing here.
In addition, an all-in-one pack is a dangerous solution for including constantly-evolving open-source software, as they will be updated asynchronously, and you'll end up with endless backpedaling situations - like the ones that you are
already running into for example -
NOTE: This guide has been updated, if you have downloaded these files before September 5th, you will need to re-download them. If you have already hacked your 3DS using this method, you will need to re-follow all of the directions starting at Step 7.
This is messy and unprofessional.
This guide will not supercede the nh-server guide at
https://3ds.hacks.guide. That website is open source and you are welcome to contribute if you so please, if you feel as if it can be improved. However, it is completely pointless and childish to attempt to create a divide for an established community guide for some clout. You seem to advertise this unfinished guide every chance you can find, claiming that it is superior than an guide that hundreds of thousands have followed since its inception in 2016, and takes every possibility into account as for troubleshooting.
There are many ways of contributing to the community, if you are interested. However, needless competition is pointless and dangerous for newcomers.
