The owner of the so-called official Discord server was basically saying "if he isn't going to drag himself off the couch and put releases on Github, then I'll name them myself", "he doesn't have any business in what we do here until he bothers joining here" and "we're having releases even if he doesn't want us to". Also something about "he'll have to crawl to me and apologize".

If I understand the situation correctly, the next release will be when Feizz posts a release on GitHub, if he makes dev builds public again, or next time he makes a change to the GitHub repository and someone compiles that
It's called having an inferiority complex. Script kiddies tend to have one due to them realizing they'll never do anything actually productive, so they get a little e-power after riding the coattails of the person who they want to poach, and then abuse that power because they don't have any power in real life to actually influence something in real life.
It's not limited to coding, there's a lot of frustrated artists that end up as curators or producers or stuff like that, and -not all of them obviously- but some are toxic and abusive and treat the actual people with talent as their employees, when in fact it's they that depend on the artists and not the other way around.
