So, I'm trying to get my Joy-Cons set up for ACNH. Joy-Con (R) shows up in Add a Bluetooth Device settings without issue. The toolkit sees it as well. Joy-Con (L) doesn't show up at all. I was able to pair it with my phone though so, I don't think it's a problem with the Joy-Con (L) itself. Anyone have similar issues before?

Edit:
Apparently all I needed to do was update Windows. With this tool, I got the ACNH Switch item in the game. Thank you!!

A fix has finally been found for the Pro Controller color issue!

First, set your colors like you normally would.

Then, open "More..." and go to "Debug" to open "Debug: Custom Command".

Set the following:
Cmd: 01
Subcmd: 11
Then click on "HD Rumble Player". This is necessary to trick the program into allowing you to set the Subcmd to 11, as it's normally disabled. Open "Debug: Custom Command" again
Subcmd arguments: 1B6000000102

Hit "Send" .You should get a Subcmd Reply starting with 80 11. You should be good to go then

A very cool software. Being able to change the color of the joy-cons is amazing when you change out the shells. I had only one "issue" with the button part of it. I would like the ability to change each button individually, rather than all of them at once. I do not know if this is a limitation of the switch itself, but If it is possible, I'd Love to see it. It could be super useful for certain shell-swaps.

The eyedropped color is the official one.
...sorry, but I'm sure the eyedropped color would allow too much of a variance to be the "official" color ...we're talking a six digit hex code ...in some cases, a very specific value to get in-game rewards (...such as getting the AC: Switch variant in Animal Crossing as opposed to a gray/red&blue one) ...you'd need to be extremely lucky to sample just-the-right pixel/pixels to get that (...unless, maybe, you're somehow sampling strait from the Switch's GUI ...in which case you'd already have the Joy-Con anyway)

Srr for my concern but do we get ban by Nintendo by alternating the color of the Joy-con ?
Unlikely.

You can't, it's a limitation of the Switch itself

Hi guys, I'm sorry if it's been asked before. I checked but there's 67 pages...

I have a SNES custom design. I colored it grey with purple buttons, but the software changes EVERY single button. I'd love to choose what buttons I want the color to be changed, like, in mi case, only SL, SR and ABXY are purple. Joysticks, plus, minus, bumpers and triggers are black. In addition, I have a D-Pad, a circle drawn around it as well as the typical circle around the buttons as in the official SNES controller. Would it be possible to add this feature in a future update? Maybe adding pictures would be really tough to code but, I think the color scheme for every button would not be that hard. Would it?

Thank you!

Indeed, I would say that's the most asked question... And the answer is simple: that's not possible. The Switch firmware only checks for two colors: body and buttons. So you can't write separate colors buttons colors into a joy-con.

[EDIT]: Typo

I can't help on fixing the problem. But if I were in your situation, I would charge the backup SPI on the controller, test if it's working and then try again.

I keep on getting an error saying: connection error! The device was disconnected! Press a button on the controller to connect and try to write the colors again! even though my joycon is connected to my computer. I have a windows 10 with bluetooth. How do I fix this? I was able to do the left joycon fine, but the right one is giving me issues.
