Hacking I need help with NSMBWii brlyt and brlan.

can someone lead me in the right direction here? I wanna edit the layouts and animations kinda like what the newer team did. Is their any type of GUI or is there a tutorial I can read on how to hex edit it? I would prefer a gui but anything else will work. Thanks to whoever answers my question.

Although it's not finished and looks like it might have been abandoned unfortunately, but you can still fiddle with it a bit (it's a GUI tool, and you can see changes more easily as you make them with it, rather than rebuilding the banner before being able to see your changes).

Sorry for bumping an (kinda) old thread, but am I the only one who can't get this to work? All of the .brlyt files I've tried to open with it made the program freeze.
The files I tested weren't corrupted or anything, as they work fine through Riivolution (yes, I'm also making a NSMBWii hack).
