Considering that now he forces tittle mode...doubt he'd go back to it anytime soon but only time will tell

right now i do not have a reason to force it. the only way the fork would come back, is if atmosphere pushes some junk that negative impacts any of my applications.

I'm just asking but would it be possible to have a config ini or something as an alternative instead of forcing the fork, if atmosphere does happen to have a change that makes you decide to enforce it? I'm not sure how difficult it would be to impliment on the development side but it would be a good compromise since you can impliment the changes you want and others wouldn't need the fork? Just asking though since I don't see others suggesting alternatives.

The 2nd method you posted, I was using that for a while then I noticed when opening tinfoil new games/updates/dlc no longer appeared. Noticed this since yesterday when I last tried it. I think changes were made not too long ago to block the modified nro or maybe I'm not spoofing the right version number? Or maybe there's a newer tinfoil mod nro. As of today, are you still able to see new games/dlc/updates. Will take a look a few posts back, but I think I tried already. Will double check

EDIT: So it turns out I had been using an outdated tinfoil mod nro, found the github with the latest version and it works now. Thank you!
Hey any chance you can make my life a little easier and share the link to this cuz I can't find it.
