using CTRPF 2.0.0
when I search a value, I can't touch on reset more than one time, the reset button disappears...

is that a bug with this version?

Starting yesterday I've been getting "An exception has occurred" errors when trying to use homebrew apps. They work fine if I either disable the plugins in the Luma menu or just remove the ActionReplay.plg folder from my SD completely. The Action Replay plugin is the only plugin I have.
Edit: I tried re-downloading the Luma3DS with Plugin Loader to try and use again, but my 3DS won't even boot. It gives me the "failed to apply 1 firm patches" error.
Is there something I've possibly messed up along the way or is this something to do with the CTR/Action Replay plugin?

Hi there, I am on 11.10.0.43U and Luma3DS v10.0.1. I want to use the ultraSuMoFramework which is a plg cheat plugin and requires NTR and i tried to use BootNTR Selector but it did not workI have surmised that this may be because of Luma 10 or because of my 3DS version. Will this modified version of luma here in the first post work and previously when I replaced the boot.firm it just crashed on boot so if this is what I have to do how do I get it to work. I read that I might be able to dual boot by loading this by keeping 10 on the main but then I can put the 9 in another folder and hold start to boot it like when I had to boot godmode9 when installing CFW. That correct?

You'll need a Luma 9.1 build for comparability with BootNTR Selector and your current firmware. The firm from the OP won't work due to being a 9.0 build. To boot multiple versions of Luma you could use the built-in "chainloader" feature or install Fastboot3DS instead.

But, imho, as much fun as I have had tinkering around to get the best compatibility for the various custom plugins out there: it is often a lot easier to just use action replay codes and save editors.

Not working in Nintendo 3DS with firmware 11.10 because LumaMode give Unable to apply 1 Patche(s) FIRM Console will shut down"
That's because you are using an outdated version of Luma. Seriously people, that error message is from like half a year ago, why are there people still bringing it up instead of doing some research?:/

1) I actually used the Luma 3DS 9.1 I do not want to lose access to the BootNTR

If you really were using 9.1, then you wouldn't be getting that error. Either you aren't using 9.1 or didn't update b9s when updating Luma. It's definitely something among those lines!

Not because I want to use the CTR Plugin without the need for BootNTR
So you want to use a plugin, aka a thing made specifically for BootNTR and doesn't work otherwise, WITHOUT using BootNTR? That makes literally no sense:/

The problem is not the BootNTR the problem is LUMAS3DS 9.1 Plugin Loader firmware not working in 3DS Formware 11.9 or higher

So to clear a few things up:
1. The OP Luma build will not work on the current highest firmware version is it is only 9.0. Do NOT use this boot.firm from the OP.
Thank you so much, been scratching my head of how to get cheats to work on my o2ds, I tried og plugins with ntr new plugins ect multiple loaders what a headache but now i can use plugins finally i really didn't want to rely on manual AR code activation, most of my probs are mostly because im new loaded cfw on my o2ds only 2 days ago trying to get everything setup and working good, again thank you man very much.

@SylverReZ, atleast wiimmfii went fine although people only use it for Mario kart Wii

At least if they ban you for cheating, get another Wii. They're cheap as chips.

    not really

It got shutdown because somebody "accidentally" leaked the database for the amount of people using the beta.

RiiShop is the laziest way of downloading Wii games. Did somebody not think of this through?
  • BakerMan @ BakerMan:
although i ended up accidentally changing my nand with no way of going back bc i didn't know you needed a gamecube controller to restore it (i have a wii minus/1.1, which doesn't have gamecube controller support)
  • SylverReZ @ SylverReZ:
@BakerMan, I think you're talking about the recovery mode that the SaveMii used, and also was to restore softbricked systems.
  • SylverReZ @ SylverReZ:
If your NAND was hardbricked, then just buy another Wii. Or go with the dirty NAND flasher method.
  • BakerMan @ BakerMan:
and if i find the sd card i have my NAND backed up on, i can not only restore the NAND if i solder the right part in, but i can also put my NAND on dolphin, then i can play dolphin online, like PMEX Remix or MKWii Riibalanced
  • Xdqwerty @ Xdqwerty:
    Brb
  • SylverReZ @ SylverReZ:
@BakerMan, Oh yeah, that was a thing too. Dolphin does support Wiimmfi.
  • BakerMan @ BakerMan:
yeah you just need to put your NAND backup with wiimmfi on it
  • BakerMan @ BakerMan:
ngl i feel like if a bunch of my friends have wiis and know how to get wiimmfi and back up their NAND, then we could do a PMEX Remix tournament

maybe even add UMVC3/DBFZ and make it a biathlon/triathlon
