ROM Hack [Request] Tales of the Abyss Full Undub

Hi, I know there is already an undub for this game but I think it suffers greatly from the lack of voiced skits in the Western versions.
A few years ago an user of that ISO site managed to insert the English script into the Japanese version of the game. He said it was still incomplete with many Japanese texts left over, then he disappeared. Please, someone could resume his work?

There is indeed a undub which implemented the english script into the Japanese version, but some stuff like names and few menu portions are still in Japanese. I think it was called Tales of the Abyss UNDUB with voiced Skits 0.5. From what I've played it was fine.

Were the skits included in that undub version?
I'm currently playing an Undubbed version on my 3DS and the skits still don't have any voices for some odd reason..? Is it possible that the people who did the undub patch didn't include it in? Hence why it's 0.5?
