I have done that, what I'm going to do next?
Actually, to correct Shadow#1 above you will also need the standard version alongside mode3. Like he said, get any banner version.

For most games, the normal CIA will suffice. Just load it up, choose 3.6, then wait for NTR to launch. That one will exit to the home menu where you can then proceed to launch your game.

Some games, however, require that O3DS models reboot into an "extended memory mode", or mode 3, which turns off certain services that "aren't essential" giving the game much more RAM to allocate and decreasing CPU load leading to better performance. This "soft reboot" is what prevents the standard BootNTR from working with these games on O3DS. The best way to identify these is the long reboot time when loading or exiting a game, though another method is to try to launch the now-dead Miiverse where you will be greeted with an error message before the app even starts. Well-known titles that do this include Super Smash Bros., Pokemon (Ultra) Sun and Moon and Monster Hunter 4U. (correct me if any of these details are wrong)

New 3DS consoles already have increased RAM and an upgraded CPU, so those games will run as if they were N3DS enhanced instead, no reboot required, removing the need for a mode 3 version.

For these games, launch the mode3 CIA, wait for it to finish loading, then go to the home menu (do NOT quit as the console will reboot into standard mode and NTR will quit) and load up the title you want to load directly. As the console is already in extended memory mode and does not need to reboot, the game will load directly and NTR will be usable.

I haven’t touched my 3DS for ages and can’t remember the button combo to launch the cheat menu ingame. Can someone please refresh my memory?
X+Y or L+START, depending on your setting.
Well, many recent plugins will actually use Select as the default cheat menu button. X+Y/L+Start will bring up the NTR menu, which is only has the cheats listed on plugins that are quite old.

I can't get my Selector to work. Updated my N3DS to 11.9E and also updated the NTR Selector. It loads fine, but after it loads it and giving me the Success!-Line it doesn't return to the home menu and nothing happens, so I guess it froze (I also can't shut it down and have to pull of the battery).
I reinstalled it multiple times and wiped all ntr files from the SD-Card, like it was stated in earlier posts, so I don't know what to do know.

BootNTR keeps telling me

LOAD FAILED!
Firmware: unknown
Detected firm: 2.55.0

I have no idea what this means or how to fix it. I figured it might mean that there needs to be an update, but this seems to be the latest version?

What version number is displayed in the top-corner of the screen? The latest is 2.12. If you still find it displaying an outdated version when installing the newest CIAs then you might want to try the PabloMK7 banner variant since there was an issue that I'm unsure ever got fixed where the FONZD banner never actually got updated.

Sorry,
I'm at luma 9.0 o3ds with plugin loader rosalina,

To start ntr, plugin loader must be disabled.

I disable the plugin loader, then start ntr selector 3.3
Then run game, green light show, but the game wont start, it's stuck at 3ds logo.

Anyone know or have solution for this ?

that's normal if you switch games. Only launch the selector off a fresh boot/restart.

it's fresh boot, not a switch games.

I think the problem is rosalina plugin loader startup default is enable..

Is there any rosalina with plugin loader startup default disable ?
