Just put numbers in the start of each rom name. For instance
1chronotrigger.nds
2newsupermario
3finalfantasy
Ect ect
That is the only way to sort them in the order you want.

I think there are mixed TWLoader files.
Previously I had the TWLoader 6.6.7 and 6.7

DSiMenu++ v5.5.1: Let's fix touch more!
UPDATE 8/21/2018: Settings screen now shows the version as v5.5.1.
If you already updated to v5.5.1, please re-download this, and overwrite the "_nds" folder on the SD root, with the new one from the .7z file.
UPDATE 8/21/2018 No. 2: v5.5.0's "bootcode.dsi" is now included, as the file from this version was just showing black screens.

Update instructions
- Overwrite the "_nds" folder and "boot.nds" file on the SD root, with the new ones from the .7z file.
- For DSi CFW users, put "title" folder from "CFW - SDNAND root" folder, onto the SD card root.
If you're asked to overwrite, click Yes. - On 3DS, install the two CIAs in the "cia" folder.
- Touch support has been added to the DSiMenu++ GUI!
- DSi/3DS theme: In order to avoid font corruption, the font is now reloaded whenever scrolling through games in the menu.
- DSiMenu++ will now tell the launched homebrew to use NTR touch mode, if the homebrew (with DSi header) is recently compiled, and if not using DSiWarehax.
One example is GameYob (built into DSiMenu++), which has been recompiled with touch mode checking (included in latest libnds), so touch now works both in and out of DSiWarehax. - .launcharg files are no longer shown on 3DS/2DS.
- In nesDS TWL Edition (also built into DSiMenu++), touch still only works for DSiWarehax users, as recompiling it with latest libnds does indeed fix NTR touch, but emulator decides to crash after a few seconds.

That's great! I was starting to think I'd have to always see one of the game banners replacing all of the text on the menu and in ndsbootstrap's loading screen after scrolling for only a few seconds!
I am using 3ds theme fonts look ok, the weird thing is the L & R buttons on the top screen the look double,also in settings it says is v.5.5.0 still.
TWL_FIRM bug. Try restarting DSiMenu++.

Just follow the steps in the first post, but skip the steps involving the flashcard pack.
There is no flashcard autoboot file for it, so you can't autoboot. Just use the regular flashcard menu to boot "boot_fc.nds".
Glad to see I'm not alone. I don't know what the issue is exactly but I imagine it might have something to do with the speed of SD cards. I wonder if people who use .nds dumped from actual cartridges experience any of this.
Now i surprised no one address this issue yet, in the emulators folder when you copy the files (specifically nesds.nds) to the sd card wirelessly it forces to give permission to do so, even if it did it won't copy/move that particular file like it was read-only.
