I realize that this is (hopefully) outdated new for most of you guys, but I just heard about this a couple days ago and I'd like to know peoples opinions on this:

It honestly seems to be that doing things like installing .nsp files and being careless enough to online with them is a 100% guaranteed ban, yet we have people who have done exactly this and are not banned (yet anyway). With the article being written by
SciresM of ReSwitched, it seems quite genuine, and it really seems like when it comes to playing NSP backups, Nintendo knows
exactly which people have done this. I can't help but wonder if Nintendo is just taking their sweet ass time issuing bans and we are all getting the banhammer sooner or later:/
Anyway, thoughts on this?
