Can this be done?
I always ripped out everything else except for English, both for PSP and PS3 games.
On the PS3 I think I trimmed about 50 GB from the Uncharted series and The Last of Us combined.
Some games I manually searched for "_DEU", "_FRA", "_ITA" tags and either deleted them or moved them away from the game's folder (in case I needed them back), other games I just replaced them with 0 byte dummy files.
If you're never playing the game in Czech or Russian, for example, might as well delete the extra languages, to save space on the HDD. The games didn't really care, as long as the system language was set to English or if you didn't manually change the language to something else from the in-game options menu.
