Ok, so... what should I use if I want to conceal the presence of certain games, right now I have an excess of icons on my home screen, besides, I want to clean up some titles (I will delete some), but still, the amount of VC injects are just way too much.

I was thinking of using an Emunand, to my understanding, now they mostly are used as a secondary home-menu, how would I transfer some games onto that with the less amount of work?
You can make folders - tap an empty spot on the home screen. You can then drag icons into it (long press them to make them moveable).

I have, but the 300 icon limit is creeping up on me, I'd rather have a second home menu.
You'll need to format the emuNAND after you make it (otherwise it will just see the same apps as sysNAND) then you can install new apps on emuNAND. You won't be able to merge existing sysNAND ones across. Note that by having an emuNAND, GBA VC will not work on emuNAND (unless also installed on sysNAND), and if you ever want to change SD cards it will be a little complicated.

To create the emuNAND, copy all your SD card data to your PC, and see https://3ds.guide/godmode9-usage (under formatting a card). After that, go into Luma Settings (hold Select on boot) and choose whichever option you want for booting emuNAND. Format it through System Settings, then set it up as a new system and follow https://3ds.guide/finalizing-setup to get homebrew apps on it. Then you can install games the same way you did on your sysNAND.

Thanks, I'll look more into it, is there any guide/documentation on how Emunand work or are they really that obsolete and not worth it?

So... should I make a topic on this? I figured this might be an easy thing to answer, so I posted here instead, seems like this isn't as "noobish" as I initially thought.

Nah, your questions would have been pretty common ones up to a year ago or so. If you get stuck anywhere let us know here.

Use GM9 to make an EmuNAND, and then use TinyFormat to format the EmuNAND. You can get help with it at the GM9 Discord, which is below.
Can you remind me of the invite links?
GM9 Discord: https://discord.gg/EGu6Qxw
Nintendo Homebrew: https://discord.gg/C29hYvh
Note on both: NH will get you help faster, but GM9D will help you better with stuf specifically related to GM9 and will also help you with older stuff (like EmuNAND).

Now that 11.7 is out, I’d like to make sure I’m up to date on everything. Could someone tell me what the latest patches and software are since I haven’t touched my 3DS in months. I have Luma, GodMode9, B9S, LumaUpdater, FreeShop and Homebrew on the home screen and I wanna make sure I have the latest patches for those things but I don’t know how to get them and how to put them in. Could someone help me?

All of those things you mentioned are updated the same way as you first put them on your console: by redownloading Luma's boot.firm to the root of your SD (assuming no fancy setups),

B9S by redownloading and extracting it to /boot9strap/ and rerunning SafeB9SInstaller.firm through Luma's or Godmode9's chainloader (not that B9S has been updated in the last 8 months),

the HBL by, you guessed it, redownloading its boot.3dsx,
any homebrew in cia format by downloading and reinstalling it, any homebrew in 3dsx format just by downloading it

as a rule of thumb, you should always review changelogs of any software you update (where available), both to understand what changed (and therefore if it's worth for you to update) and to see if any caveats apply to updating (such as having to move or delete configuration files)!

I have a N2DSXL that is hacked and on fimware 11.6, the new 11.7 firmware just came out. I'm confused if I should just stay on 11.6 or update to 11.7? But I'm scared that I may loose all my hacks or brick my console if I update. I followed the guide.3ds so I have Luma and B9S on my device. I was also thinking about updating because my N2DSXL is not connected to a NNID, and the only way to connect it is by updating to 11.7, though I'm still unsure if I should connect my N2DSXL to my NNID or not though.

Would you happen to know what the latest patches are so I can update for each one?

You can update. You will need to create a new NNID if you want one, you can only move an existing one by doing an official system transfer.

What's the best (and newest) method of using a Gamecube controller on a 3DS? The only working methods I've found don't support the C stick, nor Luma's integrated InputRedirection feature. The newer tutorials I've found seem to only work for PS4 and Xbox One controllers, but not Gamecube.

So I should be safe if I update to 11.7 right now? I won't lose my CFW, apps, or games dumped/downloaded from freeshop? Also regarding the NNID, I was actually talking with Nintendo asking to manually transfer my NNID from my old 3DS (which was also hacked) to my N2DSXL. I made the excuse that I lost my old 3DS so I could use my same NNID, but I can't connect my N2DSXL to my NNID unless I'm on the latest firmware.

In that case yep you'll be able to log in to that NNID after updating. You won't lose anything by updating.
