Eiyuu Densetsu: Zero no Kiseki Evolution & Ao no Kiseki

thats not a scene name for a release or anything like that, its just the name of the Part 7 in the Series for Parts 1 and 2

the author is using a specific release from "Mai Dump", that is apart of the problem, the only good news I have is the patch is genuine and it works

and ... ... ... the game music is better this time around, the pacing between the music and the spoken voices sounds annoying, after I disabled the ingame voices, everything seemed to work out for my issue with the music!

just found it after my thread last night, pre-patched works fine now and saved a lot of trouble, thx for this patch o/

will wait until someday 3rd evo and ao evo are done (probably tocs 3 then officially too) to start a new kiseki marathon with the evo games..

there is an unpatched subquest in chapter 2. the subquest is named Ultimate Bread Showdown in the guide posted in gamefaqs. in the detective notebook, the title and details of the subquest is missing. the reward is stated 1000 mira and it is located in the epilogue section.
another subquest called Search for the Oversleeping Doctor in the same chapter has the same problem.

Can you share your save file i can see what's wrong and
i used gamefaq too from

There are added subquests in Zero and Ao Evolution, hopefully you can find someone to translate those subquests.

it is untranslated. the characters' dialog are in japanese. just the quest details are missing in the detective notebook and is filed in the epilogue section. i am using the faq by fragrant elephant.
i have passed the section anyway. i appreciate the translation because i can play this game instead of waiting for any official news regarding the localisation in english.

Is it possible that the data2.psarc file need to be translated too?
That file is in the game but not in the patch.

That's probably one of the few good ones Steam has to offer, for RPG MAKER. But, I'd say "Last Dream World Unknown" is second along with a few others .................... it like RPG MAKER has had lots of different contributors, or maybe more like, it has borrowed a good amount of content from the trails series in its latest last few editions. (like the old trails formula was sold to the highest bidder and its content sold for scraps) (I didn't say I didn't like "Trails", only t hat the old 2D stuff gets really boring, really quickly).

I didn't mean how you bashed the 2D Trails games (even though i completely disagree with you), but you calling Trails music "elevator music". Falcom's Sound Team jdk is reknown for creating the best OSTs. It's pretty derogatory and is the first time i've heard someone trash talk the music in a Falcom game.

found another untranslated subquest. Missy Search near the end of Chapter 3.
there was a weird crash happen when I tried to exit the SSS building through the rear entrance to the West Street in the prologue. once we can leave the building, I tried leaving from this exit. Game keeps crashing. doesnt seem like a random crash. it didnt happen again later in the game.

Since i realized that the translation differs greatly from the PSP translation leak from last summer i made a comparison of a dialogue from the first 5 minutes... It seems to be a more edited version of the old draft. At first i wasn't so sure about it, but i really like this version. It flows much more natural for the most part.

PC/PSP:

"Since last years <Non-Agression Pact> it seems the flow has accelerated."

Evo:

"And this trend even became more prominent following the non-agression pact established two years ago."

PC/PSP:

"The various conveniences are nice, but things have become more hectic."

Vita:

"While these new facilities brought convenience to our daily lives, people are still strugling to adapt to the citiy's rapid growth."

(i really like that line in the current Vita patch/translation version, which makes me really wonder if this is a newer, more refined edit of the leaked version.)

PC/PSP:

"Oh sorry,you're just now returning. I wonder if i said something terrible."

Vita:

"Oh, I'm sorry. It's been a while since you last visited your hometown. I didn't mean to disappoint you.

(So it really seems that this script is indeed a more edited version...)

PC/PSP:

"I heard various things from letters... No matter how much it has changed, my hometown, Crossbell, is still Crossbell."

Vita:

"My friend told me similar things in his letter... but no matter how Crossbell changes, it is, and always will be, my hometown."

(so the leak script is definitely more literal, especially considering the voiced line here.)

PC/PSP:

"Hm, you're young, but you understand. Contary to that, when it comes to those politicians lately..."

Vita:

"Hmm, that's very thoughtful for someone your age. Compared to a bright young man like you, those newly elected politicians are just..."

(i really like that line compared to the leaked script)

Either way... As you can see the script differs greatly. The old leak is definitely more literal, while the new version here feels more natural. But in one instance they dropped the word "Mira" for money i think. Also i don't understand why the translators changed:

PC/PSP:

"...Brother, Sister Cecil."

to

Vita:

"...Guy, Cecil..."

ugh...

I hope i could give you all some insight with this comparison. I personally like the flow of certain sentences in this version, but the line above leaves me worried.

I think i'll just need the AT9 files that came with the OST DLC. Packing them would be no problem with Total Commander... I could then provide a XDELTA patch for the original OST. I personally like the Evo OST as well, but for my first playthrough i'd like it to be the original OST.

the game crashes with the C2-12828-1 error at the start of chapter 4 after the characters enter the SSS building. is there a problem with my game? i have invested a lot of time into this game and i hope to finish the game.

Interesting to hear. I'm on the fence of startin the game right now since i want to make sure that it's 100% beatable. The only advice i can give you is basically replacing the psarc files with the untranslated ones again, go past the moment where the game crashes, save and replace the files with the translated ones again.

Can you upload the save file? Maybe i can check it myself... But only IF there is nothing spoilerific there. I haven't really started playing,you know. Maybe you can just make a save in front of the bulding. As long as there is no surprise character in the party i think i'll be OK spoilerwise.
