How do I put cheats in the emulator?

I apologize if it was already explained but I could not find anything about it in the post.

Hate to be a brother but i noticed that the music isn't playing once the game starts. Any way to fix this?
Is it a bin+cue or iso+cue, if its an iso and music files, like wav or mp3, and no cue, you could look for a program called sega cue maker to generate a cue, but bin cue is the best, so i would personally suggest searching around on google for a bin version of your game

I just wanted to report these little bugs on the games Trouble Shooter (USA)

Trouble Shooter.png

This only happens on the intro when the characters move their eyes.

and Arcus Odyssey (USA)

There is a weird effect that happens in the sand trap and the enemies near it (only when the monster comes out of it).

In addition to that, every time the screen changes its resolution after you die and get the game over screen, part of the previous image remains (This also happens with Monster World IV -the Japanese version with the english patch- but only on the start screen)

Both games were tested on the version 0.93 of PicoDrive on my Old 3DS.

Did you try this out on picodrive for computer, i think this is a issue with picodrive its self, not this particular port

I just did the test and the white flicker in Arcus Odyssey does not happen in the PC version (same with the bug on Trouble Shooter) and only the problem with the image and the resolution change happens.

I also tested Decap Attack (the us version) and the mixed imput is gone, it works perfect.

The version that I tested was 1.45a.

Testing PicoDrive 3DS comes full Circle with this post.
I tested US Sega CD games with the PicoDrive build 0.93:

  • Animals! - Black Screen. Unplayable.
  • Batman Returns - I noticed some flicker when you move.
  • Black Hole Assault - I noticed some flicker when you move.
  • Chuck Rock 2 - Son of Chuck - I noticed some flicker in the Background when you move.
  • Corpse Killer & Corpse Killer 32X: - You are stuck on the Start Game Screen. Unplayable.
  • Dungeon Explorer - I noticed some flicker when you move.
  • Earthworm Jim - Special Edition - I noticed some flicker when you move.
  • ESPN Baseball Tonight - There is much flicker when you hit the Ball, run around the Stadium.
  • ESPN NBA Hang Time 95 - I noticed some flicker when you move.
  • ESPN Sunday Night NFL - The Game is stuck on the Heads or Tails Screen. Unplayable.
  • Eternal Champions - I noticed some flicker when you move.
  • Fahrenheit CD 1 (32X) - Won´t recognize the Disk. Unplayable.
  • "Fahrenheit" was never sold as a Sega CD game, and instead shipped with compatibility with both the Sega CD and the CD 32X. To play the Sega CD version, you should be able to load disc 1 on your console/emulator with no 32X attached. To play the CD 32X version, however, you'll need to first load the "key disc" (disc 1), then follow the on-screen instructions and load disc 2 without turning the console off. This may prove difficult on an Emulator.
  • Fatal Fury Special - I noticed some flicker in the Background.
  • Heimdall - I noticed some flicker when you move.
  • Hook - I noticed some flicker when you move.
  • Hot Hits - Adventurous New Music Sampler - You get thrown out of the Emulator, if you try to boot the Game. Unplayable.
  • Iron Helix - I noticed some flicker when you move.
  • Jeopardy! - N3DS: The Game keeps on freezing during the Intro. Unplayable.
  • Lunar - The Silver Star - I noticed some flicker when you move.
  • Lunar Eternal Blue - I noticed some flicker when you move.
  • Mary Shelley´s Frankenstein - The Cutscenes have much flicker.
  • Mortal Kombat - I noticed some flicker when you move.
  • NFL Football Trivia Challenge - The Game freezes before the first Question. The Audio is working. Unplayable.
  • Pitfall - The Mayan Adventure - Much flicker when you move.
  • Power Monger - Some flicker during Cutscenes.
  • Star Blade - The Game hangs during the Intro Scene. Lots of flicker on Screen. Unplayable.
  • Stellar-Fire - Glitches in the Background during the Loading Screen.
  • Vay - I noticed much flicker when you move.

Remember when RiiShop was a thing?
  • BakerMan @ BakerMan:
    not really
  • SylverReZ @ SylverReZ:
It got shutdown because somebody "accidentally" leaked the database for the amount of people using the beta.
  • SylverReZ @ SylverReZ:
RiiShop is the laziest way of downloading Wii games. Did somebody not think of this through?
  • BakerMan @ BakerMan:
although i ended up accidentally changing my nand with no way of going back bc i didn't know you needed a gamecube controller to restore it (i have a wii minus/1.1, which doesn't have gamecube controller support)
  • SylverReZ @ SylverReZ:
@BakerMan, I think you're talking about the recovery mode that the SaveMii used, and also was to restore softbricked systems.
  • SylverReZ @ SylverReZ:
If your NAND was hardbricked, then just buy another Wii. Or go with the dirty NAND flasher method.
  • BakerMan @ BakerMan:
and if i find the sd card i have my NAND backed up on, i can not only restore the NAND if i solder the right part in, but i can also put my NAND on dolphin, then i can play dolphin online, like PMEX Remix or MKWii Riibalanced
  • Xdqwerty @ Xdqwerty:
    Brb
  • SylverReZ @ SylverReZ:
@BakerMan, Oh yeah, that was a thing too. Dolphin does support Wiimmfi.
  • BakerMan @ BakerMan:
yeah you just need to put your NAND backup with wiimmfi on it
  • BakerMan @ BakerMan:
ngl i feel like if a bunch of my friends have wiis and know how to get wiimmfi and back up their NAND, then we could do a PMEX Remix tournament
  • BakerMan @ BakerMan:
maybe even add UMVC3/DBFZ and make it a biathlon/triathlon

Too bad Excite Truck wasn't multi player :(
