Why were the features of rocket launcher removed or are you waiting for it to be released to put them back in?
No. The DSiWarehax build of bootstrap will soon also be the RocketLauncher build, and we can reboot into RL with HiyaCFW, which is also not released yet.
Plus, there's the .tia file we can launch with Hiya.

- 3DS HOME Menu theme added, with cursor color being set color on console!
- All 8 palette lines of DSi animated icons now used!
- Limit of games per page has been increased from 39 to 40.
- Homebrew with DSi-extended header, can now be launched with the A button.
- A message will be shown when trying to launch a DSi-Exclusive/DSiWare game, saying that "This game cannot be launched.", due to DSi-Exclusive/DSiWare games not working from flashcard or SD card (with SD card needing HiyaCFW).
- NES has been added to SRLoader Virtual Console! (ran via nesDS) (thanks to @Lyrin)
- Replace bugged "é" with regular "e", so "Pok(bugged)mon" is now shown as "Pokemon".
- Due to the limitations of Easy GL2D, the icon frames that are flipped both horizontally and vertically, will only be shown flipped vertically.
- (Fixed in v3.1.1) Some animated icons may appear as white icons, so try moving out of screen boundaries of that icons, and move back into it for the icon to appear properly.
- The colors of the bottom background of the 3DS HOME Menu theme will sometimes be slightly off.
- NES games may or may not work for SD card users.

You can't I think but you can use ysmenu but you still would have to load it

I tried a Nintendo Zone rom this is what happened The screen went white then It loaded up for about a second then it went white again thus gave me the error screen
A wonder why?....
Thats unfortunate, I have ndsi LL & more than 400 room but r4 only list 300
Any good & simple guide/tutorial for installing ysmenu?

- Fixed fade-out speed for DSi Menu launching effect. It is now near-identical to the fade-out speed in the actual DSi Menu.
- Screens no longer stay white when running homebrew.
- In settings, if 3DS theme is selected, a sound is supposed to play when pressing A to access sub-themes, which are unavailable. This has been fixed.

If you're running from DSi/3DS SD card, then WiFi only works for a few games like Mario Kart DS.

I wanted to get this to work on my R4i-SDHC B9S (http://r4i-sdhc.com/) - I guess the firmware on this card is not compatible? I got YSMenu to load by using the R4i-SDHC files and renaming the YSMenu.nds to R4.dat but launching the BOOT_fc.nds only results in a "Start Failed: Error 1" Message.
Make sure you extracted the "_nds" folder to the flashcard microSD root.
Error 1 means that the file that's trying to be booted isn't found.
