Seeds won't work there is no use in trying them. Just be patient for a leak of the actual cart. doubt we will get one for another couple days though.
its not leaked until some one post pictures of them playing the game on 4 chan or somewhere else so keep an eye on 4 chan.

Depends on the program you use to compress. I had a 30GB file down to 27GB (7.zip), but I'm sure you can compress it further.
