Acordig to switchbrew wen update the nintendo switch saccseful then burn fuses so on wii and wii u gives option to click ok but wat happen on switch is wen you see pop up update complite the console wil be restart wen see this pop up means its burn fuses so to not burn fuse just wen see updating please wait get readyhead on power button then wen pop up got quikly hold popwer button and now you can downgrade

I pretty doubt that this is how it works. Do you have any proof?

I agree, however, there are some points in your argument which can be easily countered through simple logic.

That was a challenge to read.
It doesn't work that way. If there was a mismatch with the amount of fuses you have burnt and the amount of fuses an update requires you to have burnt, then they would just get burnt upon booting the system. That would be if there was too little fuses burnt, anyways. If you had too many fuses burnt, it wouldn't boot at all IIRC.

It works perfectly, if after turning it on, you turn it off quickly enough before the bootrom runs

Clarification: every single time you turn it on after you start doing this

what happens when .. say like update 3.03 originally burnt 5 fuses , but you have burnt 7.. what happens then?

I think you're just uneducated. The efuses doesn't work like that. If you by a magic way manage to block it from zap a efuse. The Switch will not boot and throw you an error. Since the efuse doesn't match that version of the Switch.
