Ah, i got hype for five second x°D not i big problem i wish i could install the cia for CHMM2 but is something i can easily access on Homebrew so not a big problem, i only lost some convience to have the app directly on my home menu.

As it is a LEGIT CIA, once you have it, you could update and it would stay

You mean the homebrew launcher cia?
That's not a legit cia, so you would not be able to install it, at least without CFW or other kind of signature patches

Yeah. Tried it with legit tickets. There is no option to install the tickets, only copy, delete, etc.

Really strange... I tried that before upload it here and it recognized all legit tickets and it installed them successfully

Tried it on two different new 3ds xls. I also made sure that the tickets are legit on the 2nd 3ds. Both 3dses are on v11.2 0-35U

I'm an idiot so i'm not sure.
I'm using a legit CIA list and built a CIA of Super Mario 3D Land (it was legit) but when I try installing it, it says this
Failed to install CIA file.
Result code: 0xD8E0806A
Level: Permanent (27)
Summary: Invalid argument (7)
Module: AM (32)
Desc: Cert signature or hash check failed (106)

what does this mean

Random error or your CIA is not really with a legit signature :/
Try to download a legit ticket instead (the title key database is not the answer, no one on that site are signed)

So wait, kind of a noob question, but if I download this and put it on a 2ds 11.2 with soundhax and nothing else can I install legit cia's?

Yes. You don't need anything else except CIAs and/or tickets

What do you mean by "and/or tickets"? I can't just "obtain" a legit cia and install it with your fbi? (Sorry again if this is super-noob)

You can use legit CIAs or simply download legit tickets and install it from FBI or eShop

Nope. I knew some days before (maybe only one?) release of this, there was a only N3DS version but my version works on both, on OLD and on NEW 3DS. You can see my proof pic on main post

If you are stick with LEGIT cia only unfortunaly no. Even if you can install cia region lock still a thing unfortunaly.

Just install CFW but if you wont, don't use NASA. Use a FBI fork (NASA isn't updated anymore) and launch it through HANS.
