I've got a New3DSXL ... latest firmware.. can I hardmod to downgrade? or should I wait for Fasthax? I want to install CIAs

Fasthax won't help you unless you bought one of the four primary DSiWare hax games before they were removed from the eShop. The only things you can do are a DSiWare downgrade using a second already hacked 3DS or a hardmod downgrade. See: https://3ds.guide/nfirm-downgrade

I copied my source3DS SD card to my target 3ds SD using dsi downgrade to mod my N3DS.
20gigs are used up in here, I assume these are the game installs from my source, whats safe to remove since I am doing fresh installs on my new system.

Did you backup your save games using JKSM? Or do you have an SD card backup from before you deleted it? The save games are stored on your SD card not on the system, so those backups you made probably won't help.

@Quantumcat hey can you help me, this other Micro SD Card i got, i don't believe it's fake.
it says on it, Adata Micro SD HC 128GB C10.
it's formatted to Fat32 Cluster Size is 64.
it has problems installing files/apps on the 3DS. it's good at copying stuff to the Mirco SD Card.

im confused, going to format the card again, all i could do over night is fully test it with SD Card tester, and if it comes out as good then idk what the problem would be.
They both accept sds bigger than 32GB. I'm not sure where DerpDude got his info from.
