Load times will always be longer than legitimate games or flashcards. But that might mean 5 seconds instead of 5 minutes, it's difficult to say.

the final version will be the 1.0 not? should will have updates when the final version release
The "final" version is just the first actual release. The one (apparently) coming on around Christmas. It will most certainly have updates, but most likely won't run perfectly at first. You should wait until then before testing out.

Are you using the latest version of FBI? Try deleting an installed DSiWare game.

Thanks to @shutterbug2000 I'll always know when the commits are made to the GitHub repo as soon as they are made, so this file will usually always be updated at the very most two minutes after each commit: bootstrap-dldi.nds
There will be improvements.
Things will definitely be improved. For the homebrew (DLD) build nds-bootstrap has been improved to be about 4 times as fast since the initial release. But it won't be perfect.
I don't know why but it's funny. I have 2x 3DS, one is the old other the new. Both have the same config, A9LH+Luma 6.6
Tried to put Professor Layton and Curious Village to work on latest bootstrap. in o3DS works! in n3DS don't appears as error about the SD data....

I watched that video running around SM64DS but I tried both the USA and EU version a and it never even loads to the main screen and only ever shows the first logo. Was anyone else able to load into the actual game?

Or, I also heard that if you use flash memory, it can act as more "RAM" at least windows tell me when I stick a flash drive into it. -
