That's more of a hassle to setup than his already functioning gateway. It's not a hassle at all. Get Gateway's arm9loaderhax.bin file. Assign it to a button for boot up using Luma3DS and boot into Gateway mode directly. Easy peasy.

too much of a fucking chore
I'm the exact same way.Got a v1.0 firmware console to do a a9lh install on soon, which im looking forward too.
Lately, I find that I enjoy modding/exploiting consoles than I do with actually playing the games once the console(s) are ready for action. Anyone else, like that?
Same. I don't usually play a whole lot on my 3ds. More time has been spent lately testing exploits than actually playing games on it.Got a v1.0 firmware console to do a a9lh install on soon, which im looking forward too.

IMO make one and put it on cloudNo idea...I have it installed since last month...Wonder if I should make a new Nand Backup now...
One is more than enough. No idea...I have it installed since last month...Wonder if I should make a new Nand Backup now...
The games still exist on the SD, all you'll need to reinstall is the ticket.Even if i installed new games since then?
Boot payloads at boot, install everything to SysNAND without link/unlink worries...For me its pointless. I'm perfectly fine waiting 15 seconds to boot into my Gateway emuNAND and I'm not an idiot so I'm never going to brick my sysNAND. I personally feel much safer doing everything on an emuNAND. So basically it's just a massive waste of time for some shiny extra features that I'm never going to use.
ive already got everything unlinked and how i like it. its pointless in my eyesBoot payloads at boot, install everything to SysNAND without link/unlink worries...
I feel just like you, man. I also have GW emuNAND booting from Menuhax. I'm happy for all you people who installed A9LH, but understand that it is not the only solution, and that some are quite satisfied with their current setup.ive already got everything unlinked and how i like it. its pointless in my eyes
