Homebrew ciangel, eshop and FBI CDN refuses to download games.

I've been trying to download Kirby Planet Robobot & NSMB2 for the past hour and i keep getting errors. I am also close to my router

have you tried downloading via your pc with funkeycia?
try resetting your connection in the router itself or the 3ds wifi connection settings

tried resetting, and i have 0 access to a pc due to my move,so i only have my systems. (If only someone would give me a direct link qr to it but its against the rules)

import.db file , title.db files ahem have up set them up yet

How do you create QR Codes for essentially .cias? I could try do this and PM you said qr code, but im not sure how..

I cannot as it requires enctitlekeys.bin and i do not know an installer for it
