Homebrew ciangel, eshop and FBI CDN refuses to download games.

have you tried downloading via your pc with funkeycia?
try resetting your connection in the router itself or the 3ds wifi connection settings

tried resetting, and i have 0 access to a pc due to my move,so i only have my systems. (If only someone would give me a direct link qr to it but its against the rules)

How do you create QR Codes for essentially .cias? I could try do this and PM you said qr code, but im not sure how..
