The dsp goes right where it is placed by the dsp dumping program. It goes into the 3DS folder.
Thanks, but I was referring to the dump itself. I have it placed in the root of my SD card and the Themes folder, but there's still no sound. I'm not sure if it's a bug, but I haven't been able to get sound from the past releases either.

CHMM2 v.2.7 available for download!

@Omegadrien for the french localization.

Changelog:
Code:
- Bugfix for the Theme Downloader: now it works as intended.
- Added possibility to dump current in use theme from Options menu.
- Added an Help screen which shows all possible controls viewable by tapping the touchscreen.
- Enabled 804 Mhz mode. Homebrew will run a lot smoother (N3DS only).
- Bugfix in Themes Receiver, now it won't currupt themes list anymore.
- Added a panel showing themes info on top screen when using Textlist as Listing mode.
- Added localization in different languages (Currently available: English, Italian, Dutch, Portuguese, French).
- Changed Unique ID to 0xCE1CC for compatibility reasons.

How in the sweet mother of Jesus am I supposed to compile this? The repo is a mess - leaving exe files in, RSFs, two copies of makerom, and it seems to be based on a greater-than-year-old version of devkitARM. Even after fixing a compiler error - I got almost 3 pages of linker errors. "Failed to merge target specific data of file..."

And to add to that, the repo isn't even up to date so you're compiling 4 month old stuff (latest commit) if you grab the source from github right now

Can you remove this requirement? I use English, no translation needed... I really don't want more stuff cluttering the SD root.

Maybe the localization can be an additive thing, ie. use it if it's there, but if not, default to English?

You must place english.txt file at least. If a localization file is not found, CHMM2 will automatically load english.txt.

@Rinnegatamante It would be possible to add the following function to CHMM2. Have to create a random list that changes every day of the week.

That would require CHMM2 to be loaded every day of the week since, as of now, the only CFW that allows plugin (i don't know if even HomeMenu ones are accepted) is NTR CFW which is discontinued.

The old Unique ID is now used also for a retail game as @Chelsea_Fantasy pointed out in a PM.

I know it's a bit confusing but it's a danzeff keyboard "limitation" (it requires a huge amount of controls to be fully controlled).

Today after some experimenting with srv, apt, ns and mcu services, i figured out how to "simulate" POWER pression (in reality it produces a quite cool result, different from old CHMM2).
Basically with the next release, CHMM2 will no longer require POWER button to be pressed and when exiting will show the "Software has been closed" window. Pressing HOME on this window will automatically apply the theme.

Yes, I got that far, but then I don't know what to do. If I type in something to search, it gives me X number of hits, but then what?

Is there any way to preview those hits, or do you have to know exactly what you are looking for from a PC search? And then how do you download?

That's awesome!! I do not have to kill my POWER button as it's kinda difficult with a N3DS silicon case.
EDIT: So I created the CHMM Localization folder in the root and placed the english.txt file in it, 'cuase I used to get the string error 44 script doesn't exist. Now I get string:?:74: unfinished string near '"Navigate in menu'
Is it possible to have the Italian.txt?

Your english.txt file is corrupted. Also in the release there already is italian.txt file.
