Forked from CIAngel, this program is a simple approach to avoiding writing ids and keys when downloading games. It needs input.txt with a list of aliases associated with ids and encrypted keys. The format is explained at README and I can answer any questions about it, but I don't know, for copyright reasons that may get me some bans, if I should provide the file itself for everyone to use. It can be built from the most popular source of keys around with relative ease. Maybe in an automated way, the hardest part would be to keep the naming easy to type, since there are different regions for titles, updates and special versions. Maybe other recent tools like DTK work as a better option to this, but it's up to each user and I had to try and make my own solution.

Because of the new CIAngel features, LuCIAfer is deprecated, but here you can still download it:

I'm wondering why this happens everytime when I want to compile something...

Code:
linking LuCIAfer-luv021.elf
main.o: In function `getInput[abi:cxx11](HB_Keyboard*)':
c:/Users//Desktop/LuCIAfer-luv021/source/main.cpp:199: undefined reference to `HB_Keyboard::HBKB_CheckKeyboardInput[abi:cxx11]()'
main.o: In function `main':
c:/Users//Desktop/LuCIAfer-luv021/source/main.cpp:256: undefined reference to `sslcInit'
c:/Users//Desktop/LuCIAfer-luv021/source/main.cpp:442: undefined reference to `sslcExit'
collect2.exe: error: ld returned 1 exit status
make[1]: *** [/c/Users//Desktop/LuCIAfer-luv021/LuCIAfer-luv021.elf] Error 1
make: *** [build] Error 2

Nice work!

Now all we need for these key-to-CIA downloaders is a way to type a title ID and key on the 3DS itself removing the need for a PC based txt entirely.

You are missing the HBKB library, and you're running an outdated libctru. This has the same requirements as CIAngel as it's just a small modification to it. I've updated the Readme with more useful build info here: https://github.com/TheDgtl/CIAngel/blob/update_readme/README.md

does it download from the nintedo servers if so can they ban you
tools have been out to download from nintendo's server before 2015. this is not new.
i am sure nintendo could detect if we have pirated content on our system if they really wanted to, or if the can't today, then with an update tomorrow they could.
but the answer is they haven't done anything or banned anyone for piracy really so don't worry about it.
