SAFE FW: 5.4.0
Until I see someone using 5.4.0 to load all the hacks we can on 5.3.2, I wouldn't call it "safe" to update to.

EDIT: Just for clarity, I'm not trying to be a dick about it; I just don't want to tell someone to update and then have them be pissed because they can't use Loadiine v4, etc.

I feel completely inept right now.

Just got my WiiU Super Mario & Luigi Deluxe Set with a firmware in the 4s I believe. I updated to 5.3.2 via Mario Party 10, then spoofed to 5.5.1. No problems doing any of the above.

I'm stuck completely on getting any eShop titles to work. Every time, I move the contents to SD/install, put into WiiU, run browser/WUP, run browser/WUP, back to home and get 0xFFFFFFFF error every time. I've tried 5 different games: Super Metroid, Super Mario World, Donkey Kong 64 & Ocarina.

I've used NUSGrabber cmd line and NUSGrabber GUI 1.7. Had no issues with cmd. My GUI only populated fully like twice, literally has never listed regions, and downloads previously selected titles constantly: it straight up doesn't work.

I've tried Euro versions and USA version of games. Latest one was 0005000010108F00 (Super Mario World). I'm at my wits end. What the hell am I doing wrong?

Not a complete noob to this scene, opened up my Wii, DS, PSP & Vita with minimal issues. Please help. I'm sure it's something done. Bonus points if you tell me what the hell is wrong with my NUSGrabber.

Not really bonus points in my case since I can't help your first problem, but your issues with the NUSGrabber GUI are just because it's shit.
Everytime I've read someone mention NUSGrabber, it's always from the command line because the GUI doesn't work fully for anyone.

"Taking him to the github page" ...what?
I haven't ever actually used NNU Patcher since I haven't spoofed. Can you provide the download link you used for the working version so that I know it will work for others too? :)

DefinitivePackage-20151119 has a copy of the github page in nnu-patcher/payload532.html.
The easiest fix is to grab the ZIP from @FIX94's https://github.com/FIX94/nnu-patcher, and copy the entire "htmls" directory into the nnu-patcher directory.

I'm currently working on a new NusGrabberGUI, and I'm almost done with it, so don't worry. I have it pulling info from the internet properly, but it isn't merging the versionlist from Nintendo with the titlelist from the wiki properly yet, and the download button to call the command line version isn't coded yet, but it should hopefully be done by the end of this week. Don't count on it, but it's a rough estimate.

Are there any reports of Wind Waker bundles being higher than 5.3.2? I notice the uk Nintendo online store seems to have them in stock new (not refurb). They are a bit more expensive than the MK8 and Splatoon bundle though (by about £30), but it might be worth it for exploitable firmware (if updated via a disc)

If it's for purchase straight from a Nintendo online store, I highly doubt they wouldn't have put it on the latest firmware.
Maybe I'm giving Nintendo too much credit though.

Depends on when it was made I guess because they aren't likely to go round unboxing systems, running updates and then packing them back up. If it was a refurb unit then I would imagine it's on the latest firmware, but it's a new unit (I don't think they make these anymore?): http://store.nintendo.co.uk/wii-u-h...ind-waker-hd-wii-u-premium-pack/10848294.html

Who's to say they're already boxed? It's not like it'd take them more than 5 minutes to put one they've updated in a box.
I don't know, I'm just really paranoid.

It wouldn't really be logical for them to do that as it would cost more. I don't think the UK nintendo store even sells refurbs, so chances are they are just retails units already boxed.

They actually have a deal where you can get the wii u, an amiibo, wii remote plus, t shirt and amiibo stand for £299 which I might go for (I mainly want it for Wind Waker).

It's either that or go for the £219 MK8 and Splatoon bundle, hope it comes with 5.3.2 (unlikely) or 5.4.0 and wait (hopefully not too long).

Decisions, decisions...

I have a white 8 GB model on 5.3.2 U and every time I try to run the load line it goes to a black pixelated screen. I have tried various links but recently this one:

http://exploit.wiiubrew.net/

and then I click on

"Loadiine Kernel (5.3.2)"
I have done this at least a couple dozen times with the same results.
The kernel exploit gives you the freeze or Loadiine itself? The "Loadiine Kernel" is the one that may take a ton of tries to get working initially. There are steps in the OP to try to help. Once you get it working the first time it should be much more reliable thereafter.

Someone mentioned this a while ago and I totally forgot, sorry. I'll update it asap.

Which version? You must use v2.7.
If you are using v2.7, then you could try restarting your PC.
If it still doesn't work, then you must add Python to your system's PATH variable manually.
If none of that works, then I have no clue.

I've tried both versions without luck
What exactly should I add to system's PATH variables? Can you check please your command and path and tell me?

I'm on Windows 10 so this may be a bit different for what you're on (I assume W7 from your signature):
  • Open Start Menu, type PATH, select "Edit the system environment variables"
  • Click the "Environment Variables" button near the bottom.
  • Find the Path variable in the System variables box, double click it.
  • Hit New, paste your Python installation directory in the input box
  • Done, hit OK on all the boxes.
Should work instantly, if not then restart.

The path seems to be "C:\Python27\python.exe"

It doesn't work and I can't restart now. I'll try when I finish the video conversion that I'm running now.

Thank you!!!
