Looks like the site that used to host all the nightlies has lost most of them. I found this link to the October 2nd build. However, that was the only one I could find.
How do I tell if my Emunand and Sysnand are unlinked?
If I install a CIA onto Emunand it doesn't show up in Sysnand. Does that mean it's already unlinked or should I follow a tutorial on how to unlink them?

The easiest way to check if they are unlinked is to set a background on one of the NANDs. If the background doesn't change on the other NAND, they're unlinked.
Serious question: Since installing Legit CIA via NASA homebrew app/unofficial FBI app would also somehow tie the games to the NNID(?) account when you link one, does this pose a risk of getting banned?

It seems the only way to know if you are linked SYSnand or EMUnand is really the themes
I even got to install cias on (theoretically) the emunand. Yet everything vanished.
I was trying to update so i can play online through cfw and it updated my 3ds anyway to downgrade or SOL? on 10.3.0-28U?

I was able to downgrade my n3ds thanks to a video on this forum, and install RXtools, unlink nands, and that fun stuff thanks to another on this forum. This is the best place for tutorials and help hands down. Amazing work all of you are doing!
Ok, I have a n3ds. Before I did all this stuff, I had a couple of games I purchased from the eshop. Donkey Kong Country Returns 3d and Pokemon X (or Y, hell, I never played it). I want to get these games back on my n3ds, but there are a couple of things I want to make sure of.
1. I backed up my memory card before any of the downgrading, and installing rxtools. So I should have backups of my games I downloaded, right? Anyways, where were these games located on my backup? I assume somewhere in the "Nintendo 3ds" folder? Is it as simple as copying them back over to my memory card and they will run? Also, which files are which games? They all have crazy numbers for names.
2. When I see "legit cias" floating around, are these cias I can download and install as long as they are for games I purchased (the ones mentioned above) and from the region I purchased them (US)? I already know installing cias works with my setup without issues. I am asking because I see the Pokemons have "legit cias" and I thought I could install it since it came prepacked with my older 2ds (but I had to download it and it's linked to my Nintendo ID) but I cannot download it from the store since I cannot update my emunand right now since it is on RX-E 9.2.0-20U

Thats half of backing it up, and you would copy the whole folder
The other half is the nand, which you would extract via the homebrew emuNAND9 and the computer program to inject.
That number is a key which connect the folder to the Nand. Nand is like the OS of the 3ds
1. I want to say it's not as simple, but you could always try it out. So you just need to identify which folder is Emunand in Nintendo 3DS.
2. It doesn't matter because you have RxTools, you could install any CIA.

Now I'm trying to get CFW working on a N3DS. I supposedly have a complete downgrade and am doing everything right, yet I just can't get FBI injected into Health and Safety on my emuNAND. It shows up, but has no banner even though I used the version with the banner and crashes instantly upon opening. Emu and Sysnand both 9.2, unlinked. I successfully installed the FBI cia on my sysNAND, so why can't I get it on emu?

Or, I also heard that if you use flash memory, it can act as more "RAM" at least windows tell me when I stick a flash drive into it. -
