Just google libretro wiki. Click emulator. All details are on there site.No one can help me?
Yes, I know, if you wonder it!... And also I know that maybe can port PSP emulator for 3DS, but it doesn't work anyway. Then, my words!...You do know what website we're on, right?
So, now we have PSX games working on a 3DS? Beautiful.
So, I'm about to try setting up an EmuNAND for my N3DS for the first time. If I update the EmuNAND to 9.5, will I need to keep these emulators on SysNAND for the best speed since it will still be 9.0, or will they still work as fast on a 9.5 EmuNAND?
Also, a slight bit off-topic, but what PSX games would you recommend me trying? I grew up with Nintendo consoles only as a kid, so I've only really played the Final Fantasy games as well as Final Fantasy Tactics. (I marathoned every FF game I hadn't played before at one point.) I've been meaning to get around to Grandia and possibly Crash, I've heard good things about those.
Oh yeah, last question. For games that use .BIN and .CUE, which file do I load to start a game? I tried playing a SEGA CD game the other day, and it crashed. Since then, I added a BIOS, just in case, but I'm not entirely sure about why it crashed. It could have been the missing BIOS, using the wrong file to start the game, or just the fact that I was trying to play Sonic MegaMix, a hacked Sonic 1 game ported to SEGA CD. (I've already played Sonic CD to death, and would love to play MegaMix on the go.)
They'll work the same. You would still have kernel access. So, now we have PSX games working on a 3DS? Beautiful.

I hope this would be possible too. As a huge SHMUP fan, Cave has many great looking shooters I want to try out, but have never got around to installing MAME. SHMUP's and Handhelds are a match made in heaven though, I'd jump on the chance to have the two together.I've previously mentioned the hope for implementation of Cave's 68000 arcade core, with the iconic lineup of manic shooters it would bring. But I wonder, is such an implementation genuinely feasible on the 3DS? Most titles are below 10MB, so I don't see size being an issue.
No love for the SNES/Genesis MK.Yeah if MAME can be done, awesome. Would have Mortal Kombat
But if not, it is OK
As far as I can tell it's using software rendering. Don't quote me on that though.Nice to hear that a PS1 emulator is working. And to think we have someone else actually making their own for the 3DS.
Anyways, anyone know how rendering is done with this emulator? Is it software, or is it attempting to use hardware? Because for non-textured, and non-paletted textured polygons, those can all be done with the 3DS GPU as-is from what I understand, with no major conversion needed. Paletted textures, however, would need conversion, but perhaps a cache would be enough to handle those.
Cave drivers in MAME are rather new, and they are SLOOOOOW
highly unlikely
Guy, guys. Put the damn pictures in spoilers. Like come on.unbelievable! using frameskip I can even play something on o3ds.
Only one question: is there any chance to get it to work even faster, or you just porting the kernel without any adaptation of emulator's code for 3ds hardware?
1/4 fps on o3dsJust kind of curious, how good do the PS1 games run?
Welp. Time to start backing up my collection! Also, does this require the system BIOS or is there a work around at the moment?1/4 fps on o3ds
3/4~fullspeed on n3ds
