Sounds like that's the issue you were having, I was also having it on my 9.9 O3DS and that fixed it for me.

I installed TubeHax and IronHax with the starter pack, then replaced the boot.3dsx in the root after all the installs were done.

I think I clicked the right firmware. Nothing happened and it said an error occured and the software closes and the system restarts. I kept on trying, used different internet, sometimes i see the change firmware button, i can't click it then the system restarts.

server flooded, happened to me a few times, keep trying and make sure you have a the right DNS #.
