Donwgrading is a long off, if not impossible dream, based on how nintendo's firmware works. I wouldn't hold out hope for cfw either.

Ninjahax 2.0 does most stuff as Ninjahax, but as far as I know, it no longer allows for a custom firmware and piracy (which is a good thing, the 3DS has enough of that already. x'D).
