Is there an application that does this that does not require how to use the command promp? Im trying to hack the rom inside Mario all stars Wii (wanna fix the physics in mario 1 and 2) but i cant figure out how to decompress the rom.

if command promp is the only way, could someone please link me to a step by step guide please

nvm, i was able to figure it out after a lot of trial and error. Was able to create an ISO of the wii all stars pack that has the fixes the physics in mario 1 and lost levels
