Most likely just hung up on their site. I've had deliveries yet the tracking still said leaving hong kong.

The first thing you can do is just ask them and see how communicative they actually are, that is usually a good sign.
Similar boat as you since I preordered on the 18th August..... Only difference is that I am still waiting for the Gateway to be delivered

I would have thought countries such as Australia, NZ, Singapore would generally get the quickest delivery from Hong Kong but apparently this is not correct.

I live in New Zealand and orders from Hong Kong take from 14-42 days by post, i always DHL, but even from them it took 10 days.. If you are DHLing to AUS/NZ i would defineately recommend http://r4i-3ds.com Both Orders took 4/5 days, Both arrived on a Tuesday and orders had been placed the previous Thursday and Friday respectively, All Boxes/Stickers intact, and guarantee that cards had been tested before sending... I wonder if there is much interest here in NZ, was thinking of reselling, but i doubt 50 people with 3ds's in New Zealand even know about GW, let alone hoping there where actually 50 3ds's in New Zealand lol

Your Hong Kong tracking status said it has left Hong Kong for its destination. Mine still says
"The item (RC*******HK) is being processed for departure from Hong Kong as of 7-Sep-2013." - I am pretty sure my Gateway is still sitting in Hong Kong. The only thing I will know if it has left Hong Kong would be if my tracking got upgraded to "left Hong Kong for its destination"

Ok guys. It seems that people are finally getting their orders from nds-card, so I have one request. If your tracking number never worked and you still got your Gateway, please, let me know. This way I'll know the lack of proper tracking is not an issue. I guess I'm just hoping they have shipped it already. Thanks for the help.
So it seems that I'm not the only one who is still waiting for theirs from nds-card. I ordered mine on the 22nd last month, they sent it when they received them on the 27th but I could only use my tracking number a few days ago. Mine still reads:

What i not satified about the product is that the price went down from 89 dollar to 71 dollar one day after i have ordered...
But i just checked the website, the price tag of gateway 3ds from that website is back to 89 dollar.
For those who is able to read chinese use TaoBao (kinda aliexpress), which list the gateway 3ds for around 66 dollar (yes pretty low and yet they are making still profit by selling it for that low). They don't deliver oversea and also i don't know how good the buyer protection is.

1) No, you just need to use the Win32 Disk Imager to make a 1:1 copy of the 3ds game onto your sd card.
2) As far as I know, yes.
Some have received from nds-card (using standard post). I have not received mine yet. My status is the same as yours. I am also in the UK (assuming your flag is correct).
It's in the system, so any delay/screw ups now are really on hongkong post. I'm not sure if anyone here (UK) has received them or had a status change to left hongkong. I have a feeling either tracking is not working right or hongkong post are just sitting on them until enough post is coming this way.
Makes me wish I went the extra mile, and got it sent via DHL. I really hope its a glitch and not the latter, since its already been so long. I was hoping that it would keep me entertained until GTA5 comes out but I guess I'll get it after gta
