That's pretty good. Did you also apply a glossy finish to the paint?

I heard that the Supercard Lite was an extremely tight fit in the DS Lite. Doesn't the new layer of paint make it worse? Or did you sand down the cover first?

Also, do you have any more pics of the SC Lite PCB. I'm interested to see how they managed to fit that front loading transflash slot in there.

Its uber tight in the slot as I tried the edge so im letting it fully harden before I ram it in

I'm thinking of doing the same thing, but I got worried when someone said he broke the flat cable that connects the 2 PCB's when removing the case .. Was it difficult to remove it?

No it was very simple to remove, the only way to damage it is to pull the two PCB's apart which is easily avoided.

Actually I think it's a good thing they decided on not using 'clip on' covers. There's been numerous complaints on the build quality of the g6's interchangable covers on how they don't align correctly.

but back on topic, I'm thinking about painting mine now. Weill probably sand it down a bit first so the fit won't get any tighter with a new coat of paint. I've also just thought about painting the top part of the SCLite, the part that you actually see while its inserted. That weould be enuff to satisfy me
