Hacking Best and safest retailer?

I'm a nooby to the flash cart community so yeah. You guys know any good place to buy the r4i 3DS that is from http://www.r4ids.cn?
I found a couple sites, but I dont know if they are safe or not. Oh and i live in the US
a few sites i found are

www.dwtechz.com
www.r4wood.com

and other sites dont look legit. i tried looking on shoptemp for a good site to buy it off, but i'm kinda scared. x.x

Those 2 don't look so legit
Personally I use 0SZ, even though they are based in China, their prices are very reasonable, and they ship pretty fast

Ummm when ordering is it safe to use a credit card? or should i ask a friend with paypal to buy for me?

try to always use paypal for your internet purchases it is just safer and gives you a lot more
protection.

and for the retailer, I always use 0shippingzone and they are great, the shipping is a little slow, like 3 weeks to the USA tho.

I never used a credit card on there, but I recommend you make a paypal instead, it's safer to buy online using that instead of your card.

I like to use Zhuzhuchina. They are beast. I got my r4 and my r4i 3ds or also called r4i gold from them. It only took 10 days other than others. I also live in usa too and it only cost $2.60 for r4 and $10.80 for r4i gold.

Yo! I ordered from r4wood before...#1068(order no.)... they are good..

Customer service: 7/10
Product variety: 9/10 (no cyclo iEvo tho)
Shipping : 8/10 When the Christmas season, I ordered , it took more than 1 month!
Price 6/10 (as the US dollar goes up, their price goes up...they only care bout' $$$

I got R4iDSN from priceangels. They are pretty good and obviously with paypal you got nothing to lose.

I ordered the package on sunday and 0shippingzone sent me an email containing a picture of my package already O____o dats pretty nice, i wish more sites would do this. thanks a little gay cat :] for helping me choose a good site. So i guess 2-3 weeks till the package with my r4i 3ds comes. Cookies for u kitty cat ;D

I always check a few things when I buy something from a site:

- How well-made is the site?
If it looks badly designed, it's usually not so safe

- Do they have contact information?
If they are fake, they won't list their address or phone number. E-mail is NOT reliable, because it's extremely easy to neglect it

- Are they really certified, like they claim?
If they claim to be verified by paypal for example, check if they have the link that leads to their verification, or check the site to see if the rating exists. It's extremely easy to just pull a picture from another site and put it on your own website.

- What are the payment methods?
Try using safe payment methods like paypal, if you use something like a credit card, you're much more susceptible to being ripped off, without getting your money back

- Have others reviewed the site?
Obvious one, but do watch out for fake reviews, especially if people are saying (nearly the same) thing, or if reviews come from people that have similar names. If you think a review is fishy, do not trust the review.

- Still having doubts?
If you have doubts, just don't buy from there. It's better to be safe than sorry

Low post and new user (no offence, it's true) saying that they've never heard of an extremely good site < reputable members saying that a GBAtemp official partner store is reliable

Also, just because you've never heard of a store, doesn't mean don't buy. "No way man, I've never heard of this corner store 3km away from me, so it's clearly a scam. Don't buy."

Yeah, 0SZ is a great shop, zhuzhuchina is also great, brilliant customer service.

Yes as Evo.lve said 0shippingzone has had many good reviews, and I have been recommended that site, and zhuzhuchina is also a great site with very low costs (overall probably the cheapest on GBAtemp)
