Yeah that's not the file I mean, I mean the file that comes with the EOS update but isn't in the _dstwo folder in the .zip file.

Also when installing skins I just have to dump the folder into the same directory as pink and silver, right? No extra steps are needed?

I'm not sure what that file does.

And yes, dump the skin into that folder and then select it in the menu, but that only skins the DS games section. To skin the plugin/first selection screen you need to get a different type of skin (same sticky) and overwrite the current with the new. To skin the loading screen you need to use a program (that's in the sticky as well).
