in my country also has a shop that can fix it but he costly around 70$ to do that. and he never told me how to event I offer some BUCKs.

When the Wii is not working to start with, you won't loose anything to send it instead of it gathering dust next to the T.V. Let's hope that the wii will be sent by our Brazilian friend and we will hear good news soon.

So pune has already confirmed that this does work on error 003 Wiis and is only looking for a way so that Wode won't be needed? How about people like us who have Wodes? I hope you share your method giantpune. 9 months of waiting for a fix to error 003 seems like eternity. I hope i could also test it so that i won't have to do the savemiifrii method everytime i need to change games. Thanks in advance.

i have come up with a slightly different approach. i believe this new method will works for ANY 003 wii. so, i am extending the invitation to one owner of a 003 wii from each region ( USA, PAL, JAP ). the deal is, you will pay for any shipping/customs fees. i will tear apart your wii and try to fix it. i will let you know if i was successful, and you can decide if you want to pay to have it shipped back to you.
i cannot guarantee that it will work. but i have managed to boot homebrew from a chain of non-fakesigned games started by booting a game of each region from the recovery menu with no existing savegame exploit on the wii memory.

hey for those that wanted to volunteer to send their Wiis now is your chance. I'm thankful that giantpune is extending his help again regarding this one. Hopefully someone can send their bricked unit and we will have a fix for this once and for all.

Just tell me where to send it. It is, not bricked, Korean, and I can send it to you with any 003 error region you like. You can also simply region change it to all three for testing, just share what you find.giantpune said:

You know, you could add the korean key to the seeprom of a US wii that has a vulnerable boot2 + bootmii. Then it will be "Error 003 bricked" and you can run whatever experiments you like, but still be able to access bootmii so you can undo it at any time.

Well, from what I've heard from my parents, he had a seizure last night, perhaps an epileptic episode, fucking died, had a near death experience, my dad called the paramedics, they showed up, took him to the hospital, and he woke up covered in tubes, and started complaining.
