ROM Hack WCD Patcher Batch Patch?

I tried using this, but when i do, if i define a rom name and a wcd file, it just makes that one and says it made the 102 i want. it takes time like it is but it does nothing. if i dont select a wcd file, i get an error. any idea on what im doing wrong?

EDIT: Fixed it. Missed the macro setting xD Had to set to %w.nds for filename
