Thanks, I have added sound to a couple of the Emulator ISOs, I will post those once I receive permission from the person that created the sound.

OK here are a couple of the ISO forwarders for FCE Ultra and Snes9X with sound and I have also included a copy of gens plus tho it isn't a forwarder but is the integrated dol (will only store savestates on SD card) all 3 have the sounds taken from Troythezombies forwarder channels.

Credits:
spayrosam for creating the ISOs in the 1st place and the awesome tutorial and also to troythezombie for creating and allowing me to use the sounds.

Note: These are all NTSC-U versions but renamed to C??E?? so they fall in line with the way wiitdb have them named. They should work fine, but I haven't tested them, you pay need to set to NTSC or autopatch.

Awesome work yall, just a question to see if anyone else is experiencing something...

So far (more to test) WiiRadio and Wii64 iso's i found in this thread start/run perfectly... i play some roms in Wii64 and some streams in WiiRadio...

The proble is on exit... both goto a black screen and hang.

Others like HBC, WadManager, mplayer_ce start/run AND exit back to WiiFlow fine... is there some setting i am missing?

Also, World of Goo wad installed as channel, WGOE00.iso, crash saying:

Code:
TRIFORCE CRAP LOADER by WIICRAZY/I.R.on
Original Program by : WiiPower, Nicksasa, TheLemonMan

Reading TMD...ISFS_Open /title/001001/57474f50/content/title.tmd failed -106

Reading TMD Failed
.dol loading failed
Press any button

pressing any button results in a stack dump

Do i need to move World of Goo from nand to sd?

Wiflow v1.1 R17 (249)
V4.1U
preloader .29 with wiiflow forwarder
cIOS 249r14

Edit: This member Sleepy2 made a forwarder dol in this thread to get back to the systemmenu for when preloader loads straigt to a USBloader as the sys menu... he hacked it from the preloader code... you know... orange option 1... Systemmenu

Is it possible to get an ISO for that? just think,,, no more leaving the couch!

Ozzymud, try this one: it's a PAL version but should work with patching for NTSC/Autopatch.
ID: CNUP00 you need to keep the apps folder in the rar on your SD card. Anyway I am at work so I can't test, but keep me posted.

ok... that was strange.. using your iso and your HBC apps/go2sysmenu and patching for NTSC (also tried autopatch)... I get one wierd looking health and safety screen (normal, not corrupt... but looks nothing like my normal safety screen)... says oddly enough... "Please wait to continue." with a white XP style throbber bar (frozen) underneath... wierd

and the machine is just hung there... and the wiimote is not synced, requires hard reset.

(640x480) Wierd health screen...

(640x480) Normal...
normalhealth.jpg

so... not a stack dump.. but.. heh

Edit.. just read your post... had the go2sysmenu in usb:/apps/go2sysmenu
moved to sd:/apps/go2sysmenu.... same thing.. wierd health screen freeze

That was just the splash screen I used, it isn't animated so it should appear frozen, did you try setting the region option (or whatever it is) to autopatch or force NTSC, also double check and try running the app from the HBC to make sure it does work. lastly try changing the setting for the IOS that it uses, I have found that has helped in the past. I will try this myself when I get home.

AutoPatch/NTSC/Pal60:

222r4: stuck at your splash screen
223r4: stuck at your splash screen
249r14: stuck at your splash screen

all combos result in the same thing

Edit: Oh, it runs fine from HBC

OK I will look into it when I get home.

OK I played with it a little bit, about the best I can get is past the splash screen and a stack dump, but I will have to defer this to someone else, since I have never coded anything before in my life and this whole entrypoint thing is beyond me, plus I never really use the system menu, so loading the HBC and then the system menu is not a big deal for me.

*cough* change the entrypoint like i told you 10 pages ago. the forwarder is using an entrypoint that was picked for the sole purpose of booting usb loader gx from preloader *cough*

you can download it via a torrent, but if your not familiar with that you can try google it on rapidshare or something. I have a working one that works with the forwarder and I think if you search back through this thread you'll find it. If not google for "Wii Internet Browser Wad", you should find one somewhere to download. Then use a wad manager to install as a channel.

Thanks but im not looking for the System Menu Channel WAD, Im looking for the ISO that I can put on my WBFS partition that can be launched by any USB Loader.

There are several ISO forwarders earlier in this thread, try like 4-5 pages back, basically you will still need the internet channel installed (tho it is now free from the shop channel), since the ISO will just forward to it from the USB Loader.

Alright, I've tired some of the emulator ISOs and they load fine. The HBC forwarder loads fine. However the channel forwarders do not work, at least not the first time. Every time I load a channel forwardering ISO it restarts the system (note I have my Wii set to autoboot CFG USB Loader) and then when I load the ISO again it works fine. Lastly, the forwarder ISO for loading RB2 off the disc won't work period it restarts every time.

I should note this happened back when I was using a WBFS partition on my HDD and it still happens when I use a FAT32 partition on my HDD. Anyone care to explain this one or offer a remedy.

I am running SM 4.2U, cios38rev14, hermes 222 and 223. I can offer more specifics if necessary.

I believe that is a side effect of autobooting to CFG USB Loader (or anything other than a system menu). I believe when you load a system channel (internet, shop, mii, etc) it tries to first load the system menu. Try setting preloader to boot the SM and try the ISOs again.

I am running preloader v.29 and have tried v.30 with same result. Set up autoload to usbloader. When using all of the forwarders they work perfectly. Especially the Internet Channel. It boots directly to it. When I'm done I tell it to go back to system menu and end up back in usbloader. Not sure what your exact setup is but mine works fine. I am running all my homebrew from the 1st partition on the usbdevice and all isos from the second wbfs partition on the usbdevice. I have cIOS 3.4 installed along with the mios stuff as well. I am not having any problems at all. Forgot I am also running 4.1u system. Never upgraded to 4.2.
