hi guys...

i have read post replys on how to convert .gcm to .iso by simply change the extension...but i tried and my wii still have errors loading the game..

i have read some threads that there are some softwares that mount the gcm file.. and using the software.. it mount the gcm file and then it creates an .iso file.. which is then used for burning using imageburn...

can anyone help.. on how the software that does tat this process?

wulfiejust burn the gcm with imgburn. imgburn DOES burn gcm files as well as iso files.

Also, WTF does that mean? "GCM file is gbc iso?"??????

GameCubeMedia is GameBoy Color ISO?? Also, learn spellcheck. It'll help in life!

Yes, of course I don't understand you. GCM file is gbc iso? Gamecube file is gameboy color iso?

1. WTF?
2. Gameboy color games are roms, not isos
3. How is a gamecube game really a gameboy game?

Answer: Rename it from .gcm to .iso

Done

Think this is just a case of getting a file extension confused with file contents, the two are not directly related.
The .GCM is likely a disc image and should work the same whether named .ISO or .GCM depending on what you are trying to do with it.
If you are trying to burn it to disc I believe that IMGburn will accept .GCM file extensions without needing to be renamed. Not that I can think of a good reason not to just rename the extension to .ISO.

What is the "gbc iso" you mentioned in the title? This seems to be confusing most as GBC is an abbreviation for GameBoy Colour.
