Gameplay looks like you continuously draw circles to keep a tornado going.

Sounds like touchscreen rape, Ouendan wheels all over again.

Finally. I had been waiting for these three. (This, Away, and Monster Lair) I'm hoping this is good, although it seems aimed at a younger audience.

Nice boxart! (Looks like a comically drawn Lucario that just blew up something...)

That's perhaps my only worry about this game. Was looking forward to it, though not sure if it'll be fun. But it definitely seems like the kind of game that will leave scratches on the touch screen.

I played it.

You only have to spin enough to get it going, which only takes a few circles at a moderate speed until you get the meter to level up the tornado. At each level you can pick up more objects since your tornado will be stronger. You can pick up trees at level 1, houses at level 3 and so forth. after you get the tornado to a level you like you can either use the stylus or directional pad to direct the tornado. Blowing into the mic gives you a charge that lets you dash the tornado across the area quickly.

I only played the tutorial and first stage, but it wasn't a screen rape game by any means. Ninja Gaiden is much more demanding of the stylus than this, so if you can deal with that game this will be a breeze.

a jaded gamer?
care to define?

Well, for example, the day I first heard the phrase "Sega does what Nintendon't" was the day I became a jaded gamer, because it was then I realized that video games were bringing themselves down to the level of other crappy ads like Strudels vs Pop Tarts, McDonalds vs Burger King, that sounded more like ghetto dissfests. "Yo momma eat at McDonald so much she think ses'me seeds grow more BUNS. ... On her ASS." or some such crap. I mean come on, just make good games, stop trying to pander to our uneducated youth's in-your-face 90s sensibilities.

When shame enters the arena, it leaves nobody unscarred.

Please tell me there are trailer parks we can ravage in this game.

I rather enjoy a life of taking it easy. I haven't reached that life yet though.
