I played it.
You only have to spin enough to get it going, which only takes a few circles at a moderate speed until you get the meter to level up the tornado. At each level you can pick up more objects since your tornado will be stronger. You can pick up trees at level 1, houses at level 3 and so forth. after you get the tornado to a level you like you can either use the stylus or directional pad to direct the tornado. Blowing into the mic gives you a charge that lets you dash the tornado across the area quickly.
I only played the tutorial and first stage, but it wasn't a screen rape game by any means. Ninja Gaiden is much more demanding of the stylus than this, so if you can deal with that game this will be a breeze.
