[3DS] Play a DSIWare dump on 3DS

Hi,

I'm trying to understand how to use a DSiWare dump on a 3DS.
I have a dump of The Legend of Zelda: Four Swords Anniversary Edition (EU version).
Inside the ZIP, there is only one file named 00000001 with no extension, and its CRC is d5b25cc5.
This is a dump from No-Intro ("The Legend of Zelda: Four Swords Anniversary Edition (Europe, Australia) (En,Fr,De,Es,It).zip").

Does anyone know what format this is and how it should be used or installed on a 3DS?

This is a decrypted DSiWare ROM, you just need to rename it to 'XXX.nds', can use TWiLightMenu++ to play.

If you want to use a flashcard to play DSiWare, you can use DSPico.

As it is a dsiware dump, you can run make_cia on it, and install the resulting cia with FBI as usual.
Notice, this does not work at all with regular nds games, so don't try on these.
