@drenco put this code in a pnach file named "SLUS-20712_CDA95971" and then put the pnach file in the "patches" folder, after that do right click in a game, go to "Properties" and activate the patch in "Patches". I saw your post in the pcsx2 forum, also someone said that this patch is broken, it adds a zoom effect and it seems to morph slightly throughout the game and another person said that it just streches the image, but try it anyways to see if it works for you.
