Out of curiosity, is there a code (not here, at least) to limit fps to 30 for Luigi's Mansion 2? Is it feasible?

I ask because it'd be nice to have it more stable instead of jumping all around, but I haven't seen any code such as that on the net.

Please tell me it's possible to make a 60fps cheat for Samus Returns. I found one but it's for Citra only and it's unstable.

Here is the dragon ball kakarot cheat i created for v1.40 enjoy big thanks to the tutorials from optantic and hazerou couldn't have done it without those tutorials! Im not saying it works 100% but i tried the 60 fps vsync and it all works great even the resolutions work enjoy :D Let me know if i did a good job

That likely won't ever happen if this one is anything like the N64 version. The game's physics are tied to the frames, so the entirety of it has to be sped up to compensate. This is why codes for the N64 stop at 30, because 60 is practically unplayable. Your best bet is going to be hoping that somebody ports one of the decomp projects to the 3DS, and there's a rather small chance of that happening, unfortunately.
