Are there any examples of a game which uses one disc and can be used on multiply platforms?

Not a disc, but the GameBoy version of Space Invaders contains the rom for the SNES version of the game, which can be used through the SGB.

Probably doesn't count for what you're asking, but there were also some games for the early CD consoles that had some content (though not the actual game) playable on PCs and CD players.

Back in the 16bit days there were magazine coverdisks that had Amiga and Atari ST formats combined on the same 3.5" floppy disk, for demos and stuff. IDK if there were any commercially released games that did the same, would have had to be fairly small games to fit two copies on one disk.
edit: I googled and yes there were apparently several commercial games that did this, first one linked was Stone Age

As noted above, there are absolutely older CDs that contained data for both PC and Macintosh versions of games, but those are something like twenty years old at this point.

Trixter once wrote about about a floppy simultaneously usable on a PC and C64. It's an impossibly intricate setup wherein each sector is precisely laid out such that each system only sees the data it needs to – unless of course you actually try to do a low-level scan for errors with a proper system diagnostic utility.

And I remember the old Burger King promotional games (Sneak King, etc.) were on special hybrid discs that worked on both the 360 and the original XBox; they were pretty much the only games with that capacity.

Even today some games still get released for windows/Mac on the same disc. Football Manager is one that springs to mind

A huge number of ZX Spectrum games had the ZX Spectrum 48k version of the game on one side of the tape and the ZX Spectrum 128k version on the other side.

Seen a few PC games come with both Windows and Mac versions in the same box
I remember that with the C64 and C16 tapes now! Never ever saw a C16 tho!

Tiger Woods '99 for Playstation. Put the first version of that game on your PC and you'll watch an early South Park animation.
